Salted Caramel Sauce
One thing that I love about the Thermomix is that you can use up excess ingredients easily.
I saw 4 Bananas in the fruit bowl and decided to make Salted Caramel Sauce to go with them.
I placed the Butter and Brown Sugar in the Thermomix /bowl and cooked them for 8 minutes/ 100c/ speed 2. I added 100g Double Cream and 1/2 teaspoon Salt /Flakes and cooked the sauce for another 8 minutes/ 100c/ speed 4.
It was then ready to serve with the Bananas and Vanilla Ice Cream.
