Lemon Drizzle Cake
I decided to make a Lemon Drizzle Cake today. One recipe which I found on the Thermomix Recipe Forum used the Butterfly Whisk to whip up the Eggs and Sugar for 1 minute/ Speed 4.
It then said to add the Butter and Lemon Rind 10 seconds/ speed 3 followed by the Flour, Milk, Salt 3 seconds/ speed 5, scrape down the bowl and repeat.
Pouring the Batter into the greased and lined Stoneware Loaf Tin.
The finished cake with the Lemon and Sugar Glaze.
