Thermomix Chicken and Cashews
I found a yummy looking recipe in the Everyday Cooking for Thermomix Families Book. I have been fortunate as a Thermomix Advisor to earn the Book and the Chip.
First you chop the Garlic and Ginger. Then add the Chicken to mix it.
The Chicken is then put on one side in the Varoma Tray.
The Rice is cooked in the Simmering Basket at the same time as the Chicken in the Varoma.
The Rice is then removed and kept warm and Vegetables are cooked with the Chicken.
Below is the cooked Chicken which is kept warm while the Sauce is prepared in about 8 minutes.
Here is the finished dish. The family loved it. It tasted better than a Chinese Take Away and it does not have any of those nasty additives and artificial flavourings.
